The key company product are wheel bearing kits for CX hubs. One of the last stages of CX bearings production are laboratory tests, the purpose of which is selection of newly produced batches of products. Laboratory tests concern testing bearings for their durability through determination of static and dynamic load capacity, silent-running, material hardness as well as determination of dimensional jigs.
CX bearings meet all requirements of Polish and foreign standards. On Customer's request, testing may be carried out on the basis of other specifications or special characteristics.
Our engineering team also deals with materials testing and design of new technological solutions. COMPLEX S.A. control and testing laboratory has modern specialist equipment for measurement of vibration frequency, dimensions, surface roughness and noise. We are constantly expanding our machinery stock to ensure comprehensive testing range.
The reliability of our products allows us to offer our customers an 18-month guarantee. Its security is a special complaint lodging system. Thanks to that tool, operational documentation is limited to data circulation in the computer system; processing time is strictly controlled, limited to 2 weeks.
